Born in Woodland Hills, Calif, Paxton began her acting career at the tender age of seven. She heard about a local talent search and thought she would try her luck. Spotted by her current agent, she was seen as a natural performer and immediately signed. Shortly after, she booked her first commercial.
Paxton has flexed her acting muscles on the critically acclaimed television hits CSI and Frasier, as well as on the series State of Grace and Lizzie McGuire. She also starred in the television movie Gepetto opposite Drew Carey and Julia Louis-Dreyfus and had a recurring role on the soap opera Passions starring as the young Sheridan.
Working with star-studded casts on the big screen, Paxton has appeared in Liar, Liar with Jim Carey, Soldiers with Kurt Russell and Music From Another Room with Jude Law. Other film credits include R.L. Stein's The Haunted Lighthouse with Leah Thompson and Starship Troopers.
Paxton lives in the San Fernando Valley with her family and is currently attending her freshman year in high school. When she is not working, she loves to play the flute, wrestle with her dog "Jenny" and watch her favorite comedienne Lucille Ball in I Love Lucy reruns.
